We offer an immigration medical exam by an approved civil surgeon of the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services. Our services include a physical exam, immunizations, blood work, and completion of the I-693 form. We have same day appointments available and fast turnaround times.

Please bring all necessary paperwork including: Passport, I.D. card, or travel documents – All personal medical history – Vaccination history, blood work, X-Rays, and Ultrasounds.
